Job description

Our market leading Human Resources and Industrial Relations team in Perth are looking for a talented Lawyer to work with well-respected partners, Kathy Reid and Craig Boyle.

This role will involve advising clients on a mix of litigation and advisory work across the full spectrum of employment law, industrial relations, discrimination and work health and safety.

More about you

We like to look outside the square; thus we are keen to consider talented people from a variety of backgrounds. You will need to have:

  • Experience in IR, Employment and/or Discrimination Law;
  • Litigious and case management experience;
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and in particular developing your technical excellence as this is a highly complex area of practice;
  • Maturity and sensitivity;
  • Personal resilience and strategies for effectively handling what can be a quite confronting factual scenarios; and
  • A genuine interest in developing your career within Industrial Relations Law litigation.
