Your role

A fantastic opportunity exists in the Sydney office for a Receptionist to join our high performing team. This role will require you to work from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00am and 3.30pm. Your everyday tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • answering & fielding phone calls
  • meeting and greeting clients in a chivalrous manner
  • ensuring room booking requirements are recorded accurately and managed fittingly
  • liaising with staff regarding room bookings, catering, audio visual and any other requirements
  • interacting with our clients in a composed and solution-focused approach

As the first point of contact with our high profile clients and other key stakeholders of the business, you are the face of the firm.  Working as part of a highly collaborative team, you will be 'Our Clients Best Partner', delivering excellent customer service in all areas of the role.

What you need

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role within a professional services or corporate environment. You will also be articulate, immaculately presented and possess a professional manner.

Additionally, you will own the following attributes:

  • a strong, proactive client service focus and superior customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative team environment
  • proven ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • A typing speed of 65 words per minute or above 

Bonus points for someone who has experience with room bookings software such as DHS, EMS or Condecco.
