Your role

A fantastic opportunity exists in the Melbourne Corporate Services team for a part time Search and Lodgement Clerk, working Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.

This role involves servicing the Firm by filing, lodging or searching relevant documentation and records with courts, tribunals and government departments such as PPSR, ASIC and Title Office.  You will also be required to maintain your knowledge and understanding of all relevant requirements and keep all staff up-to-date with any procedural changes.

What you need

  • search and lodgement experience - ideally in Citec electronic court filing and manual court lodgements
