MinterEllison has a top tier property finance practice with high profile clients in the residential, retail, commercial, industrial, hotel & tourism, and aged care sectors throughout the Asia Pacific region.

A great opportunity currently exists for a Senior Associate, with property finance experience, to join our market leading team.

More about you

We welcome applications from lawyers with:

  • Senior Associate level experience
  • technical expertise in property finance, real estate finance, construction projects, corporate finance and alternative capital; equity joint ventures, co-funding arrangements and funds; inbound investment and structuring; and debt restructuring and workouts
  • experience in a similar team environment ideally at a top tier or reputable boutique firm
  • a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts
