Purpose of the role

Our Client & Market Growth team at MinterEllison is a high performing and critical group of the firm and essential to the firm's success.  The team supports the partnership by providing the full spectrum of business development and marketing services to ensure the firm develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Job description

A fantastic opportunity exists in Perth for a Client & Market Growth Coordinator. You will work, support and lead projects, initiatives, tenders, pitches and credentials in conjunction with the Senior Client Growth Manager and supervising Partner.  

Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of tenders, capability statements and presentations
  • Working with the local team in the account planning process for priority clients and prospects
  • Supporting the Senior Client Growth Manager and Partners in the pursuit of clients and in delighting existing clients
  • Supporting marketing and profile raising initiatives
  • Supporting the office in digital marketing activity in conjunction with the national team
  • Develop, build and maintain client lists in conjunction with various local practice groups and business unit leaders
  • Collecting information for league tables and directories.

More about you

The ideal candidate will have experience working preferably in a professional services environment, with tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline, and  

  • the ability to work effectively to achieve outcomes with a diverse range of stakeholders both internal and external in a high pressure and time critical work environment
  • strong planning, execution and co-ordination skills
  • strong writing skills
  • ability to work autonomously and within a small team with an adaptable approach
  • demonstrated project management and organisational skills
  • Minimum three years relevant experience in a professional services or B2B environment

Additionally, you may have:

  • experience in government and local government tenders
  • account management experience
  • event management experience
