Purpose of the role

A great opportunity currently exists for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Technology & Data legal team in Sydney.  Our Technology & Data team is one of the most respected in the country and is led by partners Anthony Lloyd,  Anthony Borgese and Nicholas Pascoe, internationally recognised experts in technology and commercial contracting.

Job Description 

In this role, you will advise major Australian and international companies and government on significant and complex technology and telecommunications projects.  You will also play a key role in advising on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, procurement strategies and major supply contracts.  You will assist clients with outsourcing, e-commerce, online security and privacy, technology development, licensing and commercialisation.  You will also work with our Technology Consulting division, ITNewcom, to deliver a seamless legal and consulting offering, designed to help clients optimise their technology spend.  Some of the team's long standing clients include SingTel Optus, Qantas, AMP, Westpac, Suncorp, Aon, and NSW Government.
