Our Business Services team

The Business Services group provides a broad range of administrative services to the firm.

A fantastic opportunity exists in the Business Services group for an experienced Business Services Assistant . This is a 'hands on' and highly diverse role that provides invaluable support to ensure the group meets its objectives.

This role involves a variety of responsibilities associated with the day-to-day operation of the firm.  Some of these tasks include search and lodgement, mail, couriers, document production, ordering of stationery, fleet management, purchasing, invoicing, recoveries, reception relief, office moves, minor maintenance, WHS, archiving and the setup of audio visual equipment for client meetings.

This is an excellent role for someone who is looking to gain experience in a corporate environment.

What you need

We welcome applications from people with:

  • experience in a back-office administration role covering mail, print room and facilities management 
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
  • a strong, proactive client service focus
  • an ability and willingness to undertake physically taxing and mobile work
  • a high level of initiative
  • a high degree of technical skills with a sound knowledge of Word & Excel
  • ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own
  • the ability to work with minimal direction

You will also require a current Australian drivers' licence
