Your role

A great opportunity currently exists for a dispute resolution Lawyer or Associate to join our Adelaide office. 

The Dispute Resolution group in Adelaide is a 2 partner group headed by Adam Bannister and James Kearney covering all major areas of commercial dispute resolution. You will have the opportunity to work across the group with all senior members of the team working on complex commercial, administrative and regulatory litigation and dispute resolution matters. You will be acting for clients across a broad range of industry sectors. You will be involved in Supreme and Federal Court litigation, international and domestic commercial arbitration, expert determinations, commissions of inquiry and mediation across a number of Australian jurisdictions.

What you need

We welcome applications from quality candidates, including junior and intermediate level lawyers with general commercial litigation experience who are looking to build their litigation experience in a first class practice.
