Our Client Floor Team is a close-knit, hard working team who continually deliver the high standard of service our clients and partners expect.

Your Role

We currently have an opportunity for a full time kitchen hand to assist our Chefs in the maintenance of our on-site kitchen, as well as meeting the catering requirements for all on-site functions. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning and polishing of dishes, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils;
  • Basic food preparation;
  • Regular cleaning of all kitchen areas; cool room, store rooms;
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required;
  • Assisting the team in other areas of the kitchen as required;

What you need

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • have experience in a similar role or fine dining environment
  • have good knife skills
  • a passion for and knowledge of food
  • a keen interest in learning about this industry.

In addition, you will be a good team player yet have the ability to work autonomously, show initiative and work well under pressure.
