Your role

A great opportunity currently exists for a Senior Associate with leasing experience to join our award winning Property team.

Our Brisbane Property Group is one of the largest and most diverse property practices in Brisbane. With over 85 staff, we advise major institutional property investors, developers, landlords and tenants on all facets of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property including due diligences, acquisitions, disposals, development and leasing.

Our leasing practice is part of our core business and it continues to grow from strength to strength. We work on both high volume stream leasing matters as well as complex and sophisticated leasing deals for some of the best clients in Australia including QIC, Vicinity, Charter Hall, Stockland, Lendlease, Dexus, Mirvac, Suncorp and CBA.

What you need

We welcome applications from senior lawyers with:

  • significant experience in commercial property law, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant leasing of commercial, retail and industrial real estate
  • strong drafting skills
  • a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts
  • a desire to help lead and grow a successful and collaborative high volume leasing practice
  • an interest in continuous process improvement and generating efficiencies through innovation and state of the art technology
  • a commitment to excellence that matches our own.
