OUR TEAM

The Sydney Real Estate team is a large, collegiate team with a commitment to achieving excellence in all that we do. When working on matters, we aim to see the world through our clients' eyes, to intimately understand the nuances of the deal, the many issues and complexities it presents and how best to solve for these.

Our clients are sophisticated and savvy, ranging from major institutional property investors, developers, landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property including capital transactions (acquisitions and disposals), large scale developments, major projects and leasing.

Some of our clients include AMP, CBA, Challenger, Charter Hall, Dexus, Stockland, Frasers Property, GPT, Lendlease, Mirvac, QIC, Reading, and Vicinity.

YOUR ROLE

We are looking to recruit an experienced leasing paralegal who is able to successfully manage high volume and high quality leasing work. In this role you will manage your own files and be responsible for preparing, negotiating and progressing clients' leases. You will deal directly with clients and conduct negotiations with our client's tenants and their lawyers. 

WHAT YOU NEED

  • previous leasing experience in a busy, high volume role
  • an ability to work as part of a team sharing files and ideas as appropriate
  • exceptional client service skills and responsiveness
  • a keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high quality work
  • an interest in contributing to process improvement and systems
  • the initiative and drive to take ownership of your matters and client portfolios
  • strong IT skills
  • a proactive approach and positive attitude.
