Your Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Premises Assistant to join the Premises team within our Business Services Group.

The Premises team broadly looks at strategic and operational areas: space management and planning, facilities maintenance and vendor management, audio visual, churn, archiving, security, car parking, environmental/energy initiatives and business continuity planning/emergency management.

This role reports to the Business Services Team Leader, and will involve all aspects of facilities management, audio visual set-ups and other duties to support our clients and the team.

What You Need

To be successful in this role you will have a strong customer service focus and prior experience with facilities management in a professional services environment. In addition, the successful candidate will possess the following:

  • 5 years Facilities or Premises experience within professional services
  • WHS, Compliance and Risk Management experience
  • Contractor and Vendor Management
  • An understanding of physical security requirements to meet ISO standards
  • Previous experience with coordinating fitout and small works
  • Sound knowledge of technology
  • Strong initiative with a proactive client service focus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time
  • Exceptional coordination and organisational abilities
  • First Aid and White Card desirable
