Your role

MinterEllison's top tier finance practice work across the full spectrum of financing transactions, including corporate finance, property finance, project finance, asset and structured finance.

A great opportunity currently exists for an experienced Senior Associate to join our market leading property finance team working with partners Daniel Marks, Leigh De Jong, Nicole Boustani and Tony Berriman.

More about you

We welcome applications from lawyers with:

  • at least 5 years of post-admission experience
  • strong technical expertise in real estate finance, infrastructure finance and projects
  • strong drafting skills gained in a similar team environment ideally at a top tier or reputable boutique firm, in Australia or overseas
  • a strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and industry experts
  • resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own
  • interest in mentoring junior lawyers.
