A new opportunity currently exists for either a Senior Associate or an experienced Associate to join our Corporate M&A team in Melbourne. The team works for a diverse client base on a variety of transactions, including but not limited to Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, IPOs and general corporate governance.


We welcome applications from lawyers with:

  • strong experience in Corporate M&A and/or Capital Markets, preferably gained at a reputable practice in Australia or overseas
  • at least 3 years of post-admission experience
  • strong technical skills and demonstrated experience advising on corporate transactions
  • a client focused approach and the ability to form enduring relationships with clients and industry experts
  • the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and to mentor junior lawyers in the team
  • resilience and commitment to excellence that matches our own
