Your role

An exciting opportunity exists in our Finance Solutions team for an Executive Assistant. We are looking for a legal secretary who is looking to break into the legal industry, to train and grow within this team. The ideal candidate would have at least 12 months experience and a level of enthusiasm to get involved and willingness to learn is essential. The candidate must also have excellent attention to detail and be extremely proactive.

As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • file management
  • monitoring emails and taking telephone calls
  • diary management
  • assisting in maintaining client databases
  • drafting correspondence, document preparation and amendments
  • reconciling corporate AMEX expenses
  • monthly billing in accordance with client requirements
  • document management ie. editing of documents, mark ups etc
  • other ad hoc duties as required

What you need

The successful candidate will, ideally, be a legal secretary with twelve months of experience.  You will also possess:

  • self-motivation and an ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
  • excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
  • ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
  • understanding of MS office applications, primarily Word and Excel
  • resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own
