Our Client Floor & Premises team

Our friendly and professional Client Floor & Premises team are at the very front line of the business, and are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our busy and vibrant Client Floor as well as all premises related issues. This team interacts with virtually all teams across the firm and manages a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Your Role

Your responsibilities will require you to:

  • Work 2 days a week (most probably Thursdays and Fridays) from 10.30am – 5.30pm
  • Provide reception relief primarily during lunch breaks and afternoons
  • Enter and confirm room bookings and catering requests
  • Monitor the reception email Inbox and action requests
  • Attend the Courts twice daily to lodge and collect Court documents
  • Ensure that all records of Court lodgements are accurate and kept up-to-date
  • Ensure that all paperwork is delivered back to the fee earner quickly and efficiently
  • Assist with processing invoices and other administrative tasks for Client Floor and Premises
  • Assist with making teas and coffees for meetings, and clearing out and tidying boardrooms after meetings
  • Assist with audio visual and presentation set-ups
  • Ensure seamless continuity of the position by providing up to date instructions for all tasks associated with the role
  • Any other tasks as requested by the Client Floor & Premises Team Leader
