Your role

An exciting opportunity now exists for an Administration Assistant to join our Workplace team in the Perth office.  This position will provide vital support and assistance to our legal support team as well as our legal staff and contribute to our success as a leading professional services firm. 

This role is offered on a full time, 12 month contract basis and is a great opportunity for someone wanting to get into the legal industry.  We are looking for someone with a good level of attention to detail, be able to multi task and have the ability to work autonomously and in a busy team environment.

As a key addition to this team, your responsibilities will include:

  • file management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing
  • proactive diary management
  • assisting in maintaining client databases and day to day client management
  • assisting with billing, reporting and general accounts
  • reconciling the team's corporate AMEX expenses
  • general administrative tasks including e-filing, photocopying, searches and formatting
  • other ad hoc duties as required

  • previous administration experience supporting a team preferable
  • strong understanding of Word and experience with other software applications
  • excellent attention to detail
  • excellent time management and organisation skills
