The Sydney Real Estate team is led by partners Virginia Briggs, David McElhone, Jakob Paartalu, Julie Purbrick, Alice Langham and Rachel McNaught. The team offers a comprehensive range of property-related legal services for developers, investors, owners, landlords, property funds managers, listed property trusts and government.

Our clients are sophisticated and savvy, ranging from major institutional property investors, developers, landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property including capital transactions (acquisitions and disposals), large scale developments, major projects and leasing.

Some of our clients include AMP, CBA, Challenger, Charter Hall, Dexus, Stockland, Frasers Property, GPT, Lendlease, Mirvac, QIC, Reading, and Vicinity.

In this role you will work with Julie Purbrick and her team. Julie is a market leading property development partner with deep relationships across the real estate industry. Julie and her team act on significant real estate transactions and projects.


A great opportunity currently exists for an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join our Sydney off the plan development team. We are seeking someone with confidence, enthusiasm, attention to detail and drive to add to a growing team of experienced licenced conveyancers and paralegals.

The role is permanent full time. Your work will include contract preparation, negotiation and exchange, preparing for and completing project settlements, document production and database maintenance. You will work in collaboration with licenced conveyancers and paralegals in the team but will be primarily responsible for assisting with conveyancing processes, including relevant associated administrative tasks.
