Business Development Graduate Program 2010

Launch your business career

Join Minter Ellison's first Business Development (BD) graduate program, commencing in February 2010.

Minter Ellison's BD team is responsible for:

  • supporting key account teams
  • targeting new business
  • delivering  thought-leadership and profile raising initiatives
  • assisting with business development training for lawyers.

Our two-year graduate program will operate in Sydney and Melbourne and includes working across:

  • practice groups (corporate, finance, tax, HR&IR, and dispute resolution)
  • industry teams (financial institutions, energy & resources, technology, media & telecoms, real estate and construction, infrastructure, health & ageing and public sector).
  • corporate communications (media, client communications, sponsorship and website)
  • firm-wide BD projects.

You will work as part of a large international BD team reporting to the BD Director, and receive on-the-job training to help you develop your professional skills.

We are looking for recent graduates (any discipline) who are:

•  energetic team players

•  computer literate

•  highly skilled researchers with excellent attention to detail

•  strong communicators

•  highly organised, can multi task and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines.
