Our Corporate and Commercial group is the largest on the Gold Coast, with involvement in some of the region's most significant matters.

We are looking for experienced Corporate Lawyers to join our growing team and help service high calibre clients and a pipeline of quality work that we continue to attract.

You will have the opportunity to actively engage in transactional matters such as licence agreements, restructures, succession, general corporate law and governance issues as well as management issues facing clients such as customer and supplier contracts and transactions. A background in infrastructure work will be highly regarded.

As an experienced senior lawyer you will have the ability to take on a high level of responsibility and provide guidance to our junior solicitors. A savvy, no-nonsense approach, high level communication skills and the ability to develop strong client relationships will ensure success in these positions.
