The role:
 

We have an exciting opportunity in our Banking & Finance team for an Administration Assistant.  This is a 12 month fixed term contract position. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail, an ability to multi task and can work autonomously within our busy team.

 

As a key addition to our team, some of the responsibilities will include:

 

  • Opening, closing and maintaining files including their financial hygiene
  • Reporting
  • End to end billing
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

 

  • Great communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Great prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to pick up new technology and systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proactively manages workload and competing deadlines
  • Works well within a team, but can also work autonomously
