About the Role

We're a leading top-tier law firm seeking a polished hospitality professional to join Client Services team in a newly created job-share position. As a Client Services Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in hospitality service, room coordination and event support by delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Hospitality
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients, visitors and staff, ensuring every interaction reflects our firm’s commitment to excellence.
- Deliver professional waiter service for meetings, seminars, formal dining and events.
- Prepare and serve barista-quality coffee and beverages promptly.
- Ensure dietary requirements are understood and catered for appropriately to support a safe and exceptional dining experience.
Room Bookings & Client Floor Operations
- Set up, reset and maintain boardrooms and meeting spaces to high standards, tailored to booking requirements.
- Assist with room booking coordination and daily workflow using EMS and MS Teams/Outlook.
- Ensure the Client Floor, kitchens and service areas remain immaculate, inviting and fully stocked.
Administrative & Team Support
- Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to understand daily requirements and deliver seamless operations.
- Support event logistics, catering orders and collections.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including Reception cover.
About You
- Passionate about delivering high-end client service in a professional environment.
- Confident working in hospitality-style service (coffee, catering and events).
- Well-presented, organised and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
- Digitally capable, with the ability to use workflow and booking systems.
- Flexible with hours and working overtime.
