Our Team

Our Project Solutions team is a multidisciplinary team that sits within our broader Capital Markets & Corporate business line and is recognised as an industry leading practice offering integrated solutions across a range of industries including the energy and resources and agribusiness sectors.


As industry leaders, the team is regularly engaged to act for government, national and global clients with respect to complex projects, M&A and equity capital markets, infrastructure, joint ventures, market regulation and other corporate matters.


Your Role

Due to a significant increase in deal activity, we are now looking for an experienced lawyer to join our Project Solutions team in Adelaide. You will work closely with senior practitioners as part of a highly regarded tight knit and collaborative national team.


You will enjoy a fascinating variety of work spanning energy and resources projects, M&A and equity capital markets, joint ventures and general corporate and commercial matters.


With a clear, structured path for progression opportunities, this role would be well suited to a junior to mid level lawyer with an interest in the energy & resources and agribusiness sectors who is ready to take the next step up in their career. Our senior practitioners will support and guide your career development, enabling you to build your professional brand, team leadership and client skills through our tailored L&D programs.


More About You

We welcome applications from lawyers who have:


  • 2 – 4 years' post admission experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm
  • Experience and interest within the energy and resources or agribusiness sectors
  • Strong technical drafting and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and fellow advisers
  • Resilience and a commitment to provide exceptional levels of service to our local and international client base
