Your role
Our depth of local and national experience is clearly demonstrated by our national statutory compensation management team. In our Adelaide office, our team acts for the statutory insurer, ReturnToWorkSA and its claims agents.
We are currently looking for two enthusiastic lawyers with a willingness to learn to join our team of industry experts. You will work with senior members of the team and benefit from their mentorship ensuring you receive a solid foundation to start your litigation career.
These fast paced and dynamic roles will require you to provide advice and representation in matters before the South Australian Employment Tribunal and on occasion in the Court of Appeal (SA).
We are looking for lawyers who:
- are passionate with a genuine interest in building a successful, long term career in statutory compensation law;
- possess sound time management skills and understand the importance of providing technically excellent advice in a timely manner;
- are confident individuals who are comfortable with oral advocacy at conciliation and directions on a regular basis; and
- are good team players who appreciate the importance of collegiality and collaboration.
