Our team is recognized as a market-leading practice with a focus on major projects, energy, mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. We advise clients across a range of sectors, including energy and resources, agribusiness, and emerging technology.

Your Role

 

We have an exciting opportunities in our Adelaide office for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our ER & P practice group. This role offers genuine career advancement opportunities for the right candidate.

 

You will be part of a collegiate, high performing team working on the best deals, enjoying independence while undertaking diverse work.

 

Special Counsel/ Senior Associate – Corporate and Resources

 

You will be instrumental in advising on a diverse array of complex M&A and corporate transactions, overseeing due diligence processes, negotiating transaction terms, and executing deals that propel strategic growth for our clients.

 

We welcome applications from candidates with a minimum of seven years PQE gained at a reputable law firm or in-house, preferably in the Corporate and/or Energy & Resources space.

 

You will also have:

  • 7+ years' experience within Public and/or Private M&A, Private Equity, Equity Capital Markets and/or Corporate Advisory OR;

  • 7+ years' experience in Energy and Resources

  • Experience with Native Title desired but not essential
