The role:
Are you looking for a dynamic start in the legal industry? We are on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level/Intermediate Administration Assistant to join our bustling team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to kick-start their career in the legal field and work alongside experienced Executive Assistants in a supportive and engaging environment.
We have an exciting opportunity in our Energy, Resources & Projects team for an Administration Assistant. This is a permanent, full-time position. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, an ability to multi task and can work autonomously within our busy team.
As a key addition to our team, some of the responsibilities will include:
- Opening, closing and maintaining files including their financial hygiene
- Receipting in client money
- Disbursing funds from trust account
- Document and letter production, revision and amendments
- Reporting
- Archiving
- Mail and couriers
- Other ad hoc duties as required
What you need:
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- Great communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Great prioritisation and organisational skills
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to pick up new technology and systems
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proactively manages workload and competing deadlines
- Works well within a team, but can also work autonomously
