The role:

 

We have an exciting opportunity in our Infrastructure, Construction and Property - Real Estate Stream Solutions team for an Administration Assistant.  This is a full time, permanent, in office position. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail and an ability to multitask and work autonomously within our busy team.

 

As a key addition to our team, some of the responsibilities will include:

 

  • Opening, closing and maintaining electronic and hardcopy files
  • Processing invoices and disbursements
  • Checking returned documents for completeness
  • Assistance with preparing documents for registration
  • Scanning
  • Expense reconciliation
  • Archiving
  • Trust / client money receipting
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

 

What you need:

 

The successful candidate will ideally have some administration experience as well as the following attributes:

 

  • Great communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Great prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to pick up new technology, systems and complex client requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines
  • Works well within a team, but can also work autonomously
