What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Client Services team, you'll be at the heart of our client experience:

• Deliver flawless waiter service across formal dinners, seminars, and canapé events
• Collaborate with the team to plan and deliver event experiences
• Support meeting room setups, resets and service flow across the day
• Deliver genuine, warm customer service to clients and colleagues
• Showcase your barista talents with expertly crafted coffee and beverages
• Support AV setup with confidence (full training provided).

What You Bring to the Table

You're a hospitality natural who understands that details matter and service is an art form:

• 2+ years experience delivering high‑standard front‑of‑house service in environments where presentation, timing and discretion matter (e.g. fine dining, hotels, events, corporate, premium venues).
• Barista skills – or the basics and a willingness to learn (we'll train you with our amazing coffee supplier!)
• A positive, collaborative approach and a willingness to support your teammates
• Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly when things change
• Polished communication skills that put people at ease
• RSA Certification (or happy to obtain)
