The Role

 

We are currently seeking a Document Automation Specialist to join our Document Automation team.  Our team is dedicated to developing and implementing automation solutions for high-volume transactions while fostering a positive and supportive team environment that encourages growth, innovation, and exceptional client service.

 

With our increasing volume of work, the addition of this new role will support the expansion of document automation services to new clients and business units by leveraging our established processes and tools.

The successful candidate will work with both the Legal Service Operations team and broader legal teams to deliver technology and automated solutions tailored to specific client needs.

 

This permanent opportunity is open to the Brisbane or Melbourne office with hybrid working arrangements available.

 

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

 

  • Collaborate with the Document Automation team to develop and implement document automation solutions for high-volume transactions
  • Support the onboarding of new clients and business units, ensuring smooth integration of document automation services
  • Utilise established processes and tools to efficiently manage document automation tasks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of document automation processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction

 

More About You

 

We welcome applications from experienced candidates or university or TAFE graduates who possess the below skills:

 

  • Advanced word processing skill set including formatting and styles in Microsoft Word 365
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as a team member
  • Understanding of low code platforms with a logic mindset
  • Experience using HotDocs or other document automation software is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, innovative and results driven
