Your role
A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide secretarial support to our Dispute Resolution team. This full time position supports a Partner and a team of senior fee earners. As a key player there is a real opportunity to make this role your own!
Some of your responsibilities will include:

drafting basic correspondence and amending documents (WP available)

proactive diary and email management
-
coordination of travel and meetings
-
file management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing
-
coordination of monthly client billing and expense reconciliation
-
general administrative tasks
What you need
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly proactive and organised individual. You will be self-motivated and have strong attention to detail. In addition to this, you will possess the following attributes:

previous Legal Executive Assistant experience of 5+ years (litigation experience helpful but not essential)

an ability to work with minimal direction and as part of a team
-
an ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
-
sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to grasp new technology quickly

an understanding of billing and financial systems and other software applications
-
exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise
-
ability to grasp new technology quickly
