Your Role
An exciting opportunity exists in our Real Estate team for a Legal Executive Assistant. This role is a permanent position, which has the ability to be 3, 4 or 5 working days, providing high quality administrative support to enable our team to deliver market leading legal and consulting services.
As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:

High level diary and calendar management including coordinating and organising meetings

File and document management, including matter opening, closing and filing

Document production and amendments.

Managing month end billing requirements
-
Assist with general financial hygiene including debt collections, voucher requests, client and controlled monies, client reporting

Arrange general and trust account receipting and disbursing of funds
-
Make required travel arrangements and amendments to bookings within policy and cost guidelines

Title and Due Diligence Searches
What you need

Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

The ability to clearly and confidently communicate at all levels and liaise confidently with the practice group

Strong understanding of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other software

A commitment to high internal/external service standards

A proactive and positive approach with high levels of initiative
