A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide secretarial and some trademark support to our Competition, Risk and Regulatory team (CRR).

 

Your role:

This position supports the CRR team and as key player there is a real opportunity to make the role your own!  In addition to supporting this team with your EA skills you may be assisting with trademark administration tasks.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • drafting correspondence, document preparation (including the use of precedents) and amendments
  • reviewing and actioning correspondence
  • proactive diary and email management
  • coordination of travel and meetings
  • maintenance of client and WebTMS databases
  • assist with co-ordination of tenders, pitches as required
  • file management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing
  • billing and expense reconciliation
  • general administrative tasks

 

What you need:

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly proactive and organised individual. You will be self-motivated and have strong attention to detail.  In addition to this, you will possess the following attributes:

  • previous Legal Executive Assistant experience
  • an ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
  • an ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
  • sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • an understanding of billing and financial systems and other software applications
  • exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise
