We have an exciting opportunity for an HR graduate who is passionate about data analytics and system-based work to join our Talent Enablement Team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will offer comprehensive administrative and analytical support, manage our systems and processes, and contribute to the smooth delivery of talent-related services throughout the firm. Your efforts will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent initiatives.

 

The team 

The Talent Enablement team at MinterEllison is a centre of excellence for HR systems, Administration, Analytics and Remuneration.  We are a critical component of the firm and essential to the firm's success.  This is a busy role that involves managing multiple stakeholders and priorities, whilst working collaboratively across offices and teams. 

 

In this role you will: 

  • Be the first point of contact for a broad range of HR requests and enquiries; 

  • Process employee movements and enter data into internal systems;  

  • Produce routine and ad hoc employee documentation; 

  • Liaise with recruitment and candidates for a smooth onboarding experience for new starters;  

  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly audit reports to ensure HRIS (SuccessFactors) data integrity; 

  • Contribute in the development and improvement of HR and firm processes; and 

  • Collaborate with other teams within the firm to ensure the best outcome. 

 

About you 

  • Previous administration experience desired; 

  • Relevant tertiary qualification desired; 

  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and an understanding of document management systems;  

  • Experience with SuccessFactors administration is desirable; 

  • Interest in data analytics, reporting and system-based work; 

  • Excellent attention to detail; 

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills; 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; 

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with a proactive client-service focus; 

  • An ability to analyse information and interpret information in a logical manner; 

  • Ambition to achieve results, take ownership for tasks and contribute to the success of our business; and 

  • Passion for continuous improvement and innovative thinking.
