Your Role
A great opportunity exists for an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join our Brisbane office on a permanent full time basis.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a booming and interesting area of the law while being well supported with state of the art technology and systems. While this role is physically based in Brisbane, you will work across multiple jurisdictions supporting national clients.
The Team
This role sits in our Retirement Villages (RV) conveyancing team. Our RV practice is the most successful in Australia and continues to grow from strength to strength, working with the largest retirement village owners and operators nationally. The Brisbane team is led by Partners Robin Lyons and Tammy Berghofer.
In this role you will be part of a large and supportive team of high performing paralegals, with additional support from dedicated lawyers and senior lawyers, as well as team administrators and registration clerks. You will deal directly with our major clients on a daily basis to manage your own files.
More About You

- demonstrated conveyancing experience (minimum 12 months)
- an interest in developing their conveyancing skills to include different tenure types in most Australian jurisdictions
- the ability and desire to manage high volume and high quality work
- exceptional client service skills and responsiveness
- a keen eye for detail and exceptional time management and organisational skills
- an interest in contributing to process improvement and systems
- strong IT skills
- a commitment to excellence that matches our own
- a proactive approach and positive attitude.
Please note this role is best suited to a career paralegal. Law students are encouraged to consider our clerkship and graduate programs.
