Our team
MinterEllison has a market-leading Real Estate team that is consistently recognised for our client service, calibre of work and thought leadership.
The Brisbane Real Estate team is led by partners Adrian Rich and Euon Williams. The team offers a comprehensive range of property-related legal services for developers, investors, owners, landlords, tenants, property funds managers, listed property trusts and government.
In this role you will work with both Adrian and Euon and their high performing team. Adrian and Euon are leading practitioners in the Brisbane real estate market, having developed deep relationships with some of Australia's largest corporate vendors, purchasers, developers, landlords and tenants. Adrian is the Business Unit Leader for the national Real Estate team, and the team acts on large scale real estate transactions, together with advising on all facets of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property including due diligences, acquisitions, disposals, development and leasing.
Your role
A great opportunity currently exists for a senior lawyer with a broad property skill set and a passion for residential development projects to join our team.
Our Brisbane team is part of MinterEllison's national Real Estate Business Unit with one of the largest and most diverse property practices in Australia. We work on complex and sophisticated deals for some of the best residential developers in Australia including Lendlease, Lewis Land Group, Metrics, Mirvac, Springfield Land Corporation, Stockland and Traders in Purple.
We would like to hear from senior lawyers with experience in a reputable real estate practice who are experienced and interested in the following range of work, to assist with our growing practice:

complex real estate transactions around Australia and across all asset classes
-
development of residential flat land subdivisions, multi-story apartment projects and master planned communities
-
general commercial advice work; and
-
helping to leverage the breadth of our expertise within and across the firm's other lines of business.
What you need
