Your Role
We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our Real Estate team in Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis, with the flexibility to work up to 2 days per week from home.
As a key addition to our team, some of the responsibilities will include:
- Trust receipting, including arranging general and trust accounts transfers in accordance with the Queensland Law Society requirements
- Disbursing settlement funds to clients and third parties
- Preparing and sending client invoices
- Preparing client banking tables
- Reviewing and processing disbursements
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents
- Opening, closing and maintaining electronic and hardcopy files
- General administrative tasks including scanning, uploading documents and archiving
More About You
The successful candidate will ideally have some legal administration experience as well as the following attributes:
- Great communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
