The Team

 

An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time Leasing Team Administrator to join our growing leasing team.

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a core area of our real estate business, supporting a range of fee-earners from Partners to Paralegals. While this role is physically based in Brisbane, you will work across multiple jurisdictions supporting national clients as part of our collaborative national leasing team. Some of our major leasing clients include Abacus, Alceon, CBA, Charter Hall, Cromwell, GPT, Reading, Retpro, Stockland, Suncorp, Vicinity and Woolworths.

 

Your Role

 

The Leasing Team Administrator plays a pivotal role in our leasing team, supported by state of the art technology and systems. Some of the responsibilities include:

 

  • Opening files and allocating to producers in accordance with client matrices
  • Billing in accordance with agreed client processes
  • Receipting of trust funds
  • Closing and archiving of files, including actioning write offs where required
  • Monitoring unbilled disbursements
  • Saving scanned documents and correspondence received to I-Manage
  • Distributing certified documents to clients and tenants and uploading them to our system and client portals
  • Arranging safe custody of critical documents
  • Collating outgoing mail
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
     

What you need

 

We are looking for a proactive, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously in a busy team. The successful candidate will have administrative experience, ideally in a law firm, as well as the following attributes:

 

  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to pick up new technology and systems
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills
