MinterEllison's Canberra Real Estate team is led by partner Edward Campbell. The Canberra team offers a comprehensive range of property related legal services for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, property funds managers and listed property trusts and for the Commonwealth, State and Territory governments.

 

YOUR ROLE

 

An opportunity currently exists for an Associate or Senior Associate with a strong background in property law to join our team. You will have an interest in developing or reinforcing your expertise in commercial property law, including in particular working on transactional matters for high profile clients.  

 

As a member of our collegiate team you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad array of major client projects, commercial property work, with a particular emphasis on capital transactions and commercial, retail and industrial leasing for both landlords and tenants.

 

Previous property law experience is essential, and experience in commercial leasing is highly desirable.

 

WHAT YOU NEED

 

We welcome applications from lawyers with a minimum 2+ years PQE. Ideally, you will have experience in leasing and general commercial property law and are looking to cement your career in a market leading practice. In addition to your legal knowledge, you will have an ability to manage strong client relationships and complex transactions and to work well with other lawyers and paralegals in the team.

 

You will also have:
