MinterEllison's Canberra Real Estate practice is led by partner Edward Campbell. The Canberra team offers a comprehensive range of property related legal services for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, property funds managers and listed property trusts and for the Commonwealth, State and Territory governments.

 

Your role 
We are looking to recruit a permanent paralegal for our Real Estate practice. We are seeking someone who can manage high volume and high-quality conveyancing, leasing and general property work. In this role you will manage the day-to-day running of many files, while also being involved in larger matters as part of a highly-regarded team.
 

What you need 
We welcome applications from candidates who have: 
•    A very keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work
•    previous conveyancing experience in a busy, high-volume role
•    an ability to work as part of a team, but also manage their own workload
•    exceptional client service skills and responsiveness
•    the initiative and drive to take ownership of matters and client portfolios
•    an interest in contributing to process improvement and systems
•    strong IT literacy
•    a proactive approach and positive attitude.
 

Law students are encouraged to consider our clerkship and graduate programs as an alternate career pathway. This role is suited to a career paralegal.
