The Team

A fantastic opportunity exists in our Corporate Services team for an experienced Customer Services professional to join us on a fixed term contract until 30th June 2024.

 

Your Role

You will have a 'hands on' and highly diverse role that provides invaluable support to ensure the group meets its objectives and that our clients have the best experience possible while attending our office. 

This is an excellent role for someone who is looking to gain experience in a corporate environment and has a background in customer services.

 

Your duties

As part of the Corporate Services team, you will have a broad range of duties such as:

  • Printing, photocopying, scanning, and finishing documents

  • Mail and courier operation

  • Administration support including processing supplier invoices

  • Stationery purchase and stocktaking

  • Search and Lodgements duties (training will be provided)

  • Provide coverage on the reception desk when required 

  • Managing the room booking system, liaising with clients, and providing a point of contact for our other offices

  • Setup of audio-visual equipment for client meetings

  

More About You

We welcome applications from people with:

  • 1-2+ years' experience in a similar role in a professional environment

  • You will require a current Australian drivers' licence

  • High level of customer service skills required

  • Experience in a back-office administration role covering mail, print room and facilities management (desirable but not essential as training will be provided)

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Word and Excel, MS Teams & Outlook
