The Role
The AI & Digital Trainer is a key driver of the firm’s digital transformation, sitting within the Digital group and working closely with project, change and technology teams. This role focuses on accelerating the adoption of AI and digital tools across the firm by translating technology into practical, day‑to‑day value for our people. We are recruiting an AI & Digital Trainer for our Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices with hybrid working arrangements available.
As an AI & Digital Trainer, you will:
- Design and deliver high‑quality digital learning solutions aligned to business needs
- Coach and support partners, lawyers and business services teams in the effective use of AI and digital technologies
- Drive firmwide adoption of AI tools including Legora, Microsoft Copilot, HelpMe (Moveworks), and other emerging technologies
- Deliver digital mentoring and coaching programs that support real work scenarios
- Build trusted‑advisor relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the firm
- Partner with Digital, project and change teams to understand end‑user experiences and remove barriers to adoption
- Modernise and enhance existing IT training materials, incorporating innovative and self‑paced learning approaches
- Monitor and report on AI and digital adoption metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learning resources and digital capability across the firm
- Ensure digital practices align with cyber security policies and technology standards
More About You
You are confident working with senior stakeholders and passionate about helping people adopt new ways of working through technology.
You will bring:
- Professional qualifications in training, learning design or a related discipline
- 5 years + demonstrated experience designing and delivering eLearning and digital learning solutions
- Experience coaching professionals in the adoption of AI and digital tools, ideally in a professional services environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, AI‑enabled tools and enterprise applications
- Understanding of change management principles (e.g. ADKAR or equivalent) and experience managing resistance to change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in public speaking
- Proven stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with the ability to extract and translate workflow insights
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Ability to interpret adoption and usage data and turn insights into practical recommendations
- A proactive, self‑starter approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
