Your role
An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join our collaborative Transport Accident Compensation (TAC) team and WorkSafe Recoveries practice on a full-time, permanent basis. We are looking for someone with a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent organisational skills to work in a busy team environment.
As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:
- High volume file management including file opening and electronic filing
- Database management and coordination
- Email and phone management
- Printing and filing of correspondence and emails
- Billing, reporting and general accounts
- Diary management including organising meetings
- Assisting with document production and amendments including use of precedents
- General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and conducting searches as required
- Monitoring key dates such as advices, appeal dates
What you need
The successful candidate will also possess the following attributes:
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Resilience and a commitment to excellence that matches our own
- Self-motivated and an ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
- Strong understanding of MS Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
