Your Role
We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Client Services Assistant/Boardroom Waiter to join our team.
Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, you will take a 'hands on' involvement with all tasks and responsibilities including:

Set up catering and delivery of breakfasts, lunches, dinners

Provide and deliver first class waitering services across office floors as required

Provide coverage on the reception desk when required
-
Ensure that meeting rooms are properly set-up
-
Assist with maintenance of the Client Floor
-
First point of contact for all AV equipment and associated services
-
Manage workflows systems such as EMS Room Booking System, Waiter Call System, Cisco WebEx, etc
-
Assist with ordering, stock management, invoicing and new product sourcing
-
Adhere to all firm policies and procedures, in particular confidentiality and OH&S/WH&S including Covid Safe Policies
You will be required to assist with covering Café Assistant duties, such as:

Preparing large volumes of shots and frothing and pouring of milk

Occasional opening or closing café required

Cashiering
-
Preparation and serving of café food
-
Ensure the café area and tables are neat and clean at all times
-
Assist in unpacking and shelving and rotating deliveries
-
Other duties as directed by Head Barista / Client Floor Team Leader

More About You
We are seeking applications from candidates who possess the following:

1-3 years' experience as a waiter in a professional services environment would be highly regarded
-
Barista and coffee making skills
-
Experience working in a fast paced environment delivering premium service and offerings
-
Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
-
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to liaise at all levels
-
Food Safety supervisor certificate, R.S.A. Competency card, First Aid Certificate and Warden experience would be an added bonus
