The role
As a Business Analyst, you will apply your highly developed business analysis skills to analyse, evaluate, document, and implement business processes and practices. You will use various techniques and tools for requirements engineering, process modelling, information management, data governance, and service management solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to identify and document business and process requirements
- Accountable for investigative and analysis work to determine business and process requirements, gap analysis and specify effective, efficient business processes and solutions.
- Conduct investigative and analysis work to specify efficient business processes and solutions.
- Produce high-quality business requirements documents and key business analysis artefacts
More About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or Information System Management or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst for mid to large organisations.
- Ability to select appropriate business analysis methods, tools and techniques, in an ambiguous environment with diverse business perspectives.
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a cross functional team environment.
- Experience operating within large and complex programs of work and under broad direction with a considerable level of autonomy.
- Knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABoK) and Agile Business Analysis methodology.
- Experience implementing solutions related to Risk, Compliance, Regulatory and Digital Transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in legal sector and/or professional services is desirable.
