Your Role

We are seeking an experienced litigation and dispute resolution Senior Associate to join our Melbourne office. Working closely with a number of dynamic partners in our general commercial disputes team, you will become part of a specialist team advising public and private sector clients on complex commercial disputes, investigations, and inquiries.

You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile, intellectually stimulating matters across both the Supreme and Federal Courts, as well as commercial arbitration including cross border disputes and mediation in multiple Australian jurisdictions.

This role sits within a supportive, flexible, and highly collaborative team. You will be trusted to take genuine ownership of matters and client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and deliver pragmatic, top-tier advice that reflects a deep understanding of your clients' commercial objectives.

About You

• At least 5 years' post-admission experience and strong technical expertise in commercial disputes and/or regulatory litigation;
