Your Role
We are looking to recruit a full-time conveyancing paralegal on a fixed term contract who can successfully manage high volume and high quality work. In this role you will deal directly with our clients to manage your own files whilst having the support of senior lawyers and a high-performing residential conveyancing team. This role is a parental leave cover from March 2026 to May 2027.
What you need
We welcome applications from candidates who have:
- previous stream conveyancing experience primarily acting for developers
- the ability and desire to manage high volume and high quality work
- exceptional client service skills and responsiveness
- a keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently produce accurate, high quality work
- an interest in contributing to process improvement and systems
- the initiative and drive to take ownership of your matters and client portfolios
- strong IT skills and are comfortable working with PEXA (and preferably SPEAR too)
- exceptional time management and organisational skills
- a commitment to excellence that matches our own
- a proactive approach and positive attitude.
Our Team
Our national Real Estate and Real Estate Stream Solutions teams are one of the largest and most diverse property practices in Australia. We advise major institutional property investors, developers, landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial, industrial, retail and residential property including capital transactions (acquisitions and disposals), large scale developments, major projects, retirement living and leasing.
In this role you will be part of a large and supportive team of high performing lawyers and paralegals, with additional support from the legal support team. You will deal directly with our major clients daily to manage your own files.
