Your Role

 

Due to an increase in deal flow and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a Senior Associate to join our industry leading Projects practice in Melbourne.

You will work directly with the Partner on a fascinating variety of complex matters, including advising on infrastructure projects, M&A deals, procurement, project structuring, development, and financing of large and complex infrastructure and corporate projects. Due to the broad nature of the work, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with teams in other practice groups.

More About You

 

We welcome applications from lawyers who have:

  • 5 – 8 years years' post admission experience gained within a large commercial law firm;
  • Experience in infrastructure, projects or construction matters highly regarded;
  • Strong communication, technical drafting and problem solving skills;
  • Team player attitude and ability to mentor junior team members;
  • Demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with peers, clients and fellow advisers;
  • Resilience and a commitment to provide exceptional levels of service to our local and international client base.
