Your Role
An exciting opportunity exists in our Business Services team for a Business Services Assistant. This role is a full time position and would be a valuable opportunity to gain experience in the legal industry. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, ability to multi task and to work in a team environment.
As a key addition to this team, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Complete all tasks related to incoming and outgoing mail, and couriers
• Process all photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, filing, burning of CD's, laminating, and any other requests
• Prioritise your workload to ensure all jobs are completed within the required timeframes
• Accurately process disbursements and invoices
• Assisting with Search and Lodgements including attending settlements offsite (training provided)
• Assisting with contractors for any tenancy repairs and maintenance services, including ensuring contractors are correctly signed in and temporary access cards are returned
• Assist with ordering stationery supplies as required
• Maintain equipment and arrange service if/when required
• Any other ad hoc duties as required
