Our team stands out for its collaborative approach: front-end and dispute resolution professionals work together from procurement through delivery, proactively mitigating risk and efficiently managing claims. Our national construction lawyers are industry specialists who partner closely with finance, environment & planning and property teams to deliver consistent, market-leading service.

Our expertise covers every aspect of project procurement and delivery, including probity, governance, risk assessment, tendering, structuring, contract administration, and claims management.

Our front-end team in Perth specialises in advising on major projects in the energy and resources, infrastructure, and property development sectors. We advise both principals (private sector and government) and contractors, helping our clients navigate complex procurements and ensure the best outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from infrastructure and construction lawyers who have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in front end construction and infrastructure matters

Ideally, we are seeking a range of seniority and senior applicants are encouraged to apply

Private practice experience with a reputable law firm, in Australia or internationally

Strong technical and drafting skills and openness to embedding AI tools into how they work

Proven ability to foster lasting relationships, including with clients, peers and industry experts
