The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced paralegal to join our Perth Dispute Resolution and Insurance team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will provide support to Melissa Joyce, Partner and her broader team by assisting with a broad range of insurance and liability disputes.
Our practice acts across a broad range of insurance and liability disputes including public and product liability, sensitive claims, workers’ compensation, professional indemnity, employment practices liability, discrimination claims, defamation matters and other complex insured disputes.
You will be largely responsible for preparation of precedent documents (including letters, routine court and WorkCover documents, and settlement documents), arranging medico-legal assessments and preparation of briefs, preparation of lists of discoverable documents and associated inspection and redactions of those documents, preparing summaries of documents and completing other work within the team, as appropriate.
You will be required to work across a variety of high volume matters.
What you need
